I recently purchased a house in Palm Springs, and it’s no exaggeration to say, I couldn’t have done it without Colin Goldstein. During an extended staying in the area earlier this year, I decided to check out an open house, which led to another and another and probably 30 more. I met many different listing agents during this time, but Colin was the only one who put me at ease and who actually listened to me. He patiently showed me innumerable houses all over the Coachella Valley, and he was equally patient as I tried to figure out what was right for me. He was there when I was ready to make offers, and he also gave me space when I said I needed to pause. When I was finally ready to pull the trigger, Colin played the role of the zealous yet protective advocate which ever buyer needs and deserves. He understood what I wanted, and he settled for nothing less. My situation was even more challenging, as I was purchasing remotely. And yet not once did Colin ever get frustrated or exasperated (although he had every right to, as the sellers and their agents were quite challenging). I’d never previously purchased a house remotely, but I can’t imagine any other agent doing more for me that Colin. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. And through it all, he made the process fun and enjoyable and reminded me that we can still laugh even during stressful times. If you want an agent who will fight for you every step of the way, who will do everything he can to make the buying process as tolerable as possible, and still make you smile, Colin is your man. I can’t thank him enough.
